At Emma Galway we’re making our final farewell sale as easy and affordable as possible for you. That’s why we offer free shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required!

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During our busy clearance period, processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates
Free shipping worldwide on all orders.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout. All costs (including any applicable taxes) are shown transparently before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery begins once your order is processed and dispatched:
•  Standard delivery: 8–10 business days to most locations (Ireland, UK, EU, and international).
These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs (for international orders), weather, or high demand during our farewell sale. We will email you tracking information (where available) once your order ships.

Shipping to Your Location
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country or region is not available at checkout (rare during clearance), please contact us for assistance. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Important Notes
•  Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.
•  For international orders, you (the buyer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our pricing and are payable upon delivery if applicable.
•  In accordance with EU consumer rights (where applicable), we aim to deliver within 30 days of purchase. If your order is significantly delayed beyond our stated estimates, contact us—we’ll work to resolve it quickly.
•  Lost, damaged, or non-delivered packages: Reach out within 14 days of the estimated delivery window with your order number and any tracking details. We’ll assist with claims where possible.
